nuevoMailer is a self-hosted email marketing software app that you can install on your own server, on-premises, in-house or any hosting plan you choose.
One-time license fee. No monthly fees. It is 100% self-managed and is not offered as a service.
Everything is unlimited: subscribers, mailing lists, newsletters, and campaigns.
You have complete data ownership and total control of your mailing lists, newsletters and email campaigns. You can send what you like to whomever you like.
Designed for single entities (businesses or other organizations) that need a self-hosted, self-managed email marketing software app (instead of acquiring email marketing as a service and paying monthly or volume-based fees).
An ESP / SaaS version is available for businesses that would like to work as email services providers.
Compliant with anti-spam laws (for any country). Available in several languages. Check the demo.
Self-hosted email marketing software as opposed to email marketing software as a service (SaaS) means that you decide where to install the software which can be your own server within your infrastructure or shared / dedicated / cloud hosting provided by a hosting company.
With self-hosted software, you have full control over the software and the data that is stored on-premises or in-house, under your own policies.
This can provide advantages such as cost savings, increased security, greater customization options and more control over data privacy.
Self-hosted does not mean turning your office into a data center. Usually you will install nuevoMailer under your existing hosting plan along your website.
Here is an article covering some key differences between a self-hosted and a serviced email marketing solution.
Administrator roles
You can open as many administrator accounts as you like and assign different roles. Like newsletters-only access or reports, lists, campaigns etc.
Although the same data is shared across the whole installation, administrators with different roles will have access to different parts of the admin panel.
Single administration panel (SB/MB version) makes working with nuevoMailer much easier. You will enjoy a fast-loading, modern, highly interactive and easy to use administration panel.
Also ideal for IT professionals who send campaigns on behalf of their clients and want to offer them reports-only access. Either by opening an admin account who can only access the reporting section or by sharing a campaign report.
The ESP variant gives you more options. Quick read: I want to serve my customers - Single edition or ESP?
Configurable email alerts for each administrator.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
2FA provides an extra layer of security for administrator login besides merely using an email and a password.
It requires an additional login credential such as a pin code or a time-based-one-time-password (TOTP). Learn more at the User's guide.
Clear separation of key entities is what sets nuevoMailer apart from other similar tools and opens a multitude of features.
These are: subscriber, mailing list, newsletter, campaign.
The most basic entities are the subscriber and the newsletter. All others are based on these two.
A subscriber is someone from whom you have at least an email address (and much more).
A mailing list is simply a grouping of subscribers.
A newsletter is the content that you send.
A campaign is the activity of sending: any newsletter can be sent to any mailing list or a selection of lists.
Everything unlimited: you have unlimited subscribers, newsletters, mailing lists and campaigns.
Sender profiles are essentially different sender identities that can be used in campaigns, autoresponders or opt-in forms. Each profile has its own:
Sending method and sender details (from-email / -name),
Welcome / Goodbye emails, landing pages and Double opt-in settings,
Very helpful when using nuevoMailer for several different websites and / or sending campaigns on behalf of your clients.
Sender profiles are a strong differentiator compared to many similar tools. Learn more at the User's guide.
Suitable for shared or dedicated hosting, cloud, VPS and other variants (Amazon, Google etc.).

It is developed in PHP for Linux, Windows servers and any other operating system that supports PHP and a MySQL database (Mac OS X, etc.). MariaDB is also fine.
Administration is entirely web-based, so you use it with just your browser. No programming knowledge required.
Localization capability: the administration panel can be translated to your own language. You can define character sets for newsletters. The scripts we provide to create the MySQL tables have also an option to define the encoding.
We do not claim that a self-hosted solution is the ideal choice. Each organization should examine its needs, resources, and capabilities and choose accordingly. Perhaps for businesses with limited technical expertise a SaaS solution would be more appropriate.
No monthly fees. Licensing is a one-time fee, and you have unlimited subscribers, lists, newsletters, campaigns, and administrators.

Yes. nuevoMailer is self-hosted and is installed on your own infrastructure or any hosting plan you choose (shared, dedicated, cloud, VPS etc.). Your data and workflows stay on-premises or in-house, under your policies.
Most customers install nuevoMailer under their existing hosting plan along their website. This usually works fine if you have small mailing lists (less than 100k subscribers) or low campaign activity. For larger lists and campaigns, we recommend a hosting plan with more resources (dedicated, VPS, cloud etc.).
See our technical & system requirements page for further details.
Server-based means the software runs on a web server (Apache, IIS) under Linux or Windows OS. You cannot install it on your local computer and use it as a desktop application.
