. All licenses are single installation licenses unless otherwise specified in the product description. If you want to obtain further licenses of the same product then you are entitled to 50% discount
Support is free for 12 months after your order. Support is available by email, chat and telephone. All requests are handled between 1 to 12 hours. Please open a support ticket here
. If you discover a bug in our software we will fix it for free or provide a public update. Customers can look for available updates (or patches) and download them directly from their account menu.
Free support is provided for non-customized versions of our software. If you modify the original code and get into problems then you are no longer entitled for free support. We will however advise you and give you general quidelines.
After your payment has been approved you can download your software from your account area. Your software will be available in your menu to download for a period of one year (12 months) after the day of your purchase. The version that is available in your account is always the last and most updated version and may be different from the one you initially downloaded. All changes are properly explained in an accompanying file. You may extend this one year free-updates period by paying 50% of the current price. In order to do this log in your account go to your last order, generate a discount code and place a new order.
How to pay
You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Maestro UK, Discover or PayPal. For American Express choose PayPal. Credit card payments are processed with Braintree
(a PayPal company). Transactions are executed in a secure environment.

All our products are covered with a 30 day money back guarantee. We will refund your payment and cancel your license when you believe that our products did not perform as claimed or advertised in our site or as shown in the demos or if you are not in general satisfied. If you want a refund please contact us within 30 days after your order. We provide extensive demos and user guides for all our solutions because we want our customers to have a full understanding of the functionality, features and benefits before placing an order. Q: Do I get the source code? The source code is open by aprox. 98%. For the developer license is 100% open.
Q: Can I modify the code? Yes, you are free to modify the code in order to customize it according to your specific needs. However, you are still entitled one installation of the product. For further details refer to the license agreement
Integration to a web site
Q: Is it easy to integrate your solutions into an existing site? Yes, we have taken every possible effort to make sure that our software can easily fit to any site. Our software is designed with a plug n play mentality. If your server requirements are met, then it's only 5-10 min work to install them. We provide detailed user's guides where all steps to installation and integration are explained. All products have a sign-up form wizard that produces code that can be copied into any web page and is ready to use. So you dont really need developing skills.
Q: Can I use your products with my existing database? Yes you can. Simply by changing one line of text you can tell the nuevoMailer to which database to connect. However, nuevoMailer tables must be created in your database. nuevoMailer tables are prefixed to avoid conflict in such cases. Of course you will have better performance by using a database only for nuevoMailer.

Q: Do you offer customizing for nuevoMailer? Yes we do. For a fee, we can customize it according to your requirements. We have done this for several customers. Example: you may need to collect and store more demographic details about a subscriber. We can do this. And more. Please contact us

Q: I think I discovered a bug, what shall I do? Highly unlikely, each release is extensively tested before going live. Contact us and we will fix it for free.
